EmpowerHer Journey was founded with a mission close to our hearts. After visiting women's shelters and speaking with survivors, we witnessed firsthand the gaps in resources available to help women transition back into the workforce and regain financial independence. This experience inspired us to build an organization that empowers survivors by focusing on career development, resume building, and job placement support. We believe every woman deserves the tools to create a fresh start and reclaim her future. 

We Invision a world where every woman, regardless of her past, has the tools, confidence, and opportunities to achieve financial independence, break the cycle of abuse, and thrive in a career that supports her personal and professional growth.
